Work hands on with systems, platforms and internal Microsoft applications in a high stakes environment with the latest Microsoft platforms and technologies; including Windows Server, SQL Server and Azure Cloud services. Strong candidate are expected to have experience in one or more of the following technologies and skills including, Virtualization, Server, Networking, SQL, Cloud, Collaboration, Service Management and Project Management. Responsibilities Contribute individually in the implementation and support of systems in a production environment Responsible for maintaining the highest levels of systems availability, data delivery and availability, and customer satisfaction for all assigned systems. Drive the implementation of continuous improvement activities including new support tools and automation. Contribute to the development of application and system road maps by providing insights into stability of systems and services. Responsible for addressing end user satisfaction issues to defined Service Level and Operations Level Agreements (SLA & OLA). Develop subject matter expertise for a specific set of systems, applications and technologies. Strong documentation skills in documenting processes, procedures and tools descriptions. Responsible for maintaining strong partnerships and working relationships with internal groups and vendors.
